Circuit Strength Training
This class will be 1 hour and is for all levels, allowing for opportunities to progress and regress exercises based on your skill levels. There will be a variety of exercises utilizing the TRX bands, kettlebells, and your body weight. After the conditioning portion of the class, there will be an ab circuit working all muscles of the core. Come and learn different strength and core exercises that can be used to spice up your own workouts! Classes will be led by Courtney.
