When: Wednesday: April 7th and 21st
What: Learn some basic yoga skills from one of our Exercise Physiologist, Gwen Dunlap. She will guide you through a 30 minute yoga class where you can learn a routine that can help give you new stretches that can help increase your range of motion. She can help walk you through any modifications you may need as well. Just bring a yoga mat, chair for modifications and your water.
